John and Samantha's Moment

John and Samantha are parents to a young daughter, Emily. The family of three had to live in a camper for many months following an eviction from their previous housing. The two parents were both employed and able to save a bit of money, however their employment status and income kept them from receiving assistance from other agencies. When a local landlord was willing to rent to the family, despite the previous eviction, Bridges of Hope was able to assist with the deposit and the couple paid the first and last months’ rent. The family was able to move into their new housing and was very grateful for the help that Bridges of Hope was able to provide, stating, “Bridges of Hope will never know how much our family needed this help right now.”
