Each night in our community over 200 individuals are without a place to call home

Each night in our community over 200 individuals are without a place to call home and 10.8% of our community lives in poverty that puts them at risk of homelessness.

Some factors that may contribute to homelessness include:

• Mental Health Issues
• Addiction (Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Smoking)
• Unemployment
• History of crime/violence
• Lack of informal family support and/or has “burned bridges”
• Poverty
