Bridges of Hope is helping neighbors in crisis in the Brainerd Lakes Area. We are the safety net they can always depend on.

Bridges of Hope partners with the community to strengthen, stabilize, and support families while sending a message of hope and empowering them to thrive. We serve anyone who contacts us within Crow Wing County and the surrounding communities in central Minnesota. Unlike traditional human service agencies that typically focus on a single type of service (housing, counseling, health, etc.), Bridges of Hope instead focuses on assisting a household in crisis—whatever the crisis may be. Our dedicated staff assess their needs and strengths and work creatively and collaboratively to assist them with interventions that can help families move towards stability and empowerment.

Your donation on Give to the Max Day makes a difference to your neighbors. A donation of:

• $25 enables Bridges of Hope staff to be one phone call away for a family in crisis

• $50 covers the cost of a family’s long-term budgeting and planning session with a Bridges of Hope case manager

• $75 covers the cost of a Bridges of Hope staff member walking a household through an application process for housing, utility, or food assistance

• $100 ensures 4 families have someone to call/somewhere to go when they need assistance with food, shelter, and other basic needs
