Resiliency is a tool everyone needs to be able to bounce back from trauma and stress. This workshop builds on the ACEs 101 presentation and offers practical tips and skills to help build resiliency and hope.

About the event
As part of our Self-Healing Communities Project, this free presentation will explore how you can restore hope and build resiliency.
Preregistration is necessary. Registration and childcare sign-up closes at noon on the Thursday before the presentation.
- Heatlhy snacks will be available.
- Free child care is available during the two hour presentation. (Please note: Due to partnerships, we must have a minimum of child registrants to proceed with childcare. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified the Friday before the presentation.)
